Are the nurses verified?
Every nurse is ID-checked and their nursing licence is verified before they can accept a visit. Ratings come only from families who completed a booking.
How soon can someone arrive?
Emergency visits typically reach you within 30 minutes. Scheduled visits can be booked for the same day or any slot that suits you.
How do I pay?
UPI, card or net banking, or simply cash after the visit. The price you see at booking is the price you pay — travel and consumables are included.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel free up to one hour before the visit from the booking screen, and we'll refund any amount already paid.
Can I book for my parents in another city?
Yes. Choose "Someone else" while booking and set their address — we match a nurse near the patient, not near you.
