1. The service
Nurvix is a technology platform that connects you with verified nurses and partner hospitals for care that a doctor has prescribed. Nurvix facilitates the booking; the clinical care is delivered by the assigned nurse under the partner hospital's supervision.
2. Not a substitute for a doctor
Nurvix does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency medical response. Services are carried out on the basis of a valid doctor's prescription or advice. In a medical emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.
3. Eligibility & accurate information
You must be 18 or older to book. You agree to provide accurate details — including the correct address, patient information and any prescription — so the nurse can deliver care safely.
4. Bookings, payments & cancellations
Prices are shown before you confirm. You may pay online or in cash after the visit, where offered. Free cancellation is available up to one hour before a scheduled visit; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge.
5. Conduct
You agree to treat the visiting nurse with respect and provide a safe environment for the visit. Nurvix may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, abuse staff, or provide false information.
6. Liability
Nurses are verified and hospitals are vetted, but Nurvix is a facilitator and is not liable for clinical outcomes of care delivered on a doctor's instructions. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
